Language Access Administrator
The language access oversees implementation of the following tasks:
- Develop action plans to increase productivity.
- Outline measures to ensure quality and interpreters performance.
- Maintain a regularly updated database of all interpreter's productivity.
- Oversee personnel and performance of interpreters.
- Data analysis and report writing.
- Comply with KPIs.
Desirable qualifications:
- Strong English skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Must be well organized and detail oriented with the ability to adhere to strict project timelines and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Education: System Engineer, Bachelor Degree in English Language, Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.
