Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Daily duties include conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, securing cargo, meeting delivery timelines, and maintaining precise trip documentation per DOT standards.

Compensation & Ownership:

• Earn 80% of gross; weekly gross generally ranges $7,500–$10,000.
• Lease-to-own program enabling ownership in approximately one year; operate 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner trucks.
