Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

Typical daily duties include pre- and post-trip inspections, load securement, timely deliveries, and keeping accurate trip records while following DOT regulations.

Compensation & Ownership:

• Earn 80% of gross with weekly gross typically $7,500–$10,000.
• Lease-to-own pathway to truck ownership within one year; operate 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner units.
