Overview Established developer is currently hiring a Bookkeeper. The position offers part time hours with a flexible remote schedule. The ideal applicant will be interested in working 2-3 days per week with an estimated work week around 15-20 hours per week. Responsibilities Handling requisitions in QuickBooks General accounts receivable and accounts payable duties Matching loan funding disbursements on new home construction builds to specific property Qualifications 2+ years QuickBooks experience Available 15-20 hours per week during business hours Must have reconciliation experience Experience handling bookkeeping for new home builders, construction, real estate property management, or similar is strongly encouraged to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr Thrivas Staffing Agency
