About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. You will provide high-quality patient care and support under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff, administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities as needed. You will also develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents, collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes, and maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care and support under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff

• Administer medications, perform wound care, and assist with daily living activities as needed

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry standards and best practices

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the State of Ohio

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in nursing or related field preferred

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Current CPR

What We Offer:

• Union Position / Uniform allowance / Annual Increase

• $32 - $32 HOURLY
