Responsibilities Assist attorneys with all aspects of civil litigation, from initial case preparation through trial. Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis to support case strategies. Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials. Organize and maintain case files. Track deadlines and manage schedule for court filings and hearings. Provide executive administrative support to attorneys by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence Qualifications 6-8 years proven experience as a civil litigation paralegal, preferably in construction. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
