Principal Supply Chain Manager (Global Fulfillment) About the Role Nscale is growing rapidly across multiple regions, and to support this growth, the Supply Chain Project Fulfillment team is seeking a Principal Supply Chain Manager who willserve as the global connective layer across our regional supply chain teams. As a Global Principal Supply Chain Manager, you will be the thread that ties Nscale'sregional supply chain teams together, ensuring project fulfillment practices stayconsistent as the company scales across multiple geographies. You will serve as the senior escalation point for material shortages and supplier delays, driving resolution at the global level by coordinating across regional teams and global sourcing to protectdeployment schedules. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives at the intersection ofoperational rigor and strategic coordination, someone who can hold complexity acrossmultiple regions simultaneously and drive resolution without direct authority over everyteam involved. What You'll Do Own project fulfillment outcomes across Nscale's regional supply chain teams and serve as the senior escalation point for material shortages, supplier delays,and fulfillment risks at the global level. Lead global coordination across the fulfillment lifecycle, from demand signalthrough procurement, supplier coordination, shortage/excess resolution, anddeployment readiness. Drive alignment with regional supply chain leads and global sourcing to clarifyrequirements, resolve cross-regional blockers, and keep fulfillment activitymoving with agility and flexibility Translate regional-level detail into a global, executive-level view, ensuringleadership has clear visibility into risk, capacity, and fulfillment status across allregions. Identify repeatable patterns across regions and build the global playbook,standardized processes, dashboards, and reporting that support Nscale's projectfulfillment function at scale. Build operating leverage through practical documentation, SOPs, and workflowimprovements that reduce recurring exceptions and manual follow-up acrossregions. Who You Are 10 years of experience in supply chain management, project fulfillment, orglobal operations, ideally in datacenter, cloud, or hyperscale environments Experience working across multiple regions at once, coordinating between localteams and a global function, with a track record of resolving shortages anddelivery escalations at scale. Experience building executive-level reporting and dashboards that turn complex,multi-region data into clear, simple narratives, backed by strong Excel/modelingskills and familiarity with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. Familiarity with supply chain or procurement systems Comfortable working across hardware categories like GPUs, memory, servers,and networking gear. You don't need to be a technical expert, but you shouldknow what matters and why. A clear, confident communicator who can turn ground-level complexity into simpleexecutive updates, and who knows the difference between signal and noise. The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.
