Part time-Fitness Coach

Job Description We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Fitness Coach, reporting to the Studio Manager at BODY20. This is a part‑time, non‑exempt hourly position great for candidates looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay ranging from $15.00 to $25.00 per hour Commission and performance bonuses Free studio membership and employee discounts Substantial paid training, certifications, and ongoing support Flexible schedule that accommodates educational or personal goals Fitness casual dress code and collaborative work environment Opportunity to learn all aspects of the business, with potential to become a franchisee or business owner Primary Responsibilities Establish and maintain a high level of service according to company standards Provide personalized attention to members Maintain knowledge and participation in all club services, programs and products Instruct members on the proper use of equipment and exercise techniques, including operating equipment and dynamically moving weight up to 50 pounds Adjust and operate all EMS and fitness equipment to BODY20 standards Attend all fitness coach‑related meetings and trainings Qualifications CPR/AED certification (preferred) 1–3 years of previous personal training experience (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Honesty and personal integrity Passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry Excellent time management, organizational, and follow‑up skills Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly Current nationally recognized personal training certification (preferred) Essential Physical Requirements Ability to stand, sit, run, walk, jump, squat, bend, and reach Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. at a time #J-18808-Ljbffr BODY20 Lake Oswego
