I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I ran a pediatric home health company. That experience reinforced my passion for helping others and building a business that makes a real impact. I truly believe a State Farm agency is one of the best small business opportunities out there. I’m a graduate of Texas Christian University and an East Texas native. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf with friends and spending time staying connected with the local community. I’m actively involved as a member of the Tyler Chamber of Commerce and care deeply about giving back through community service and local involvement. Our agency offers an Aspirant program, professional development, PTO, free snacks and coffee, and a flexible work environment. We’re focused on creating opportunities for growth while keeping the workplace comfortable and supportive. Our office culture is laid-back and casual, but we take our work seriously. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
