Overview Dealer Tire, a family‑owned distributor of tires and parts, seeks a Retail Tire Sales Representative to work inside premium OEM automotive dealerships. The role focuses on building customer relationships, selling tires, and supporting store operations. Key Responsibilities Engage customers on the service drive and sell tires to exceed assigned goals. Perform quick tire inspections and identify/explain tire‑related issues, recommend service, and quote prices. Maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership teams. Support store operations: inventory, opening/closing, and reporting. Leverage experience in selling smartphones, accessories, or membership add‑ons to grow sales. Qualifications 2+ years of retail, service, or sales experience (automotive experience preferred). Outstanding verbal communication and customer‑service skills. Natural relationship builder with strong sales instincts. Comfortable using computer‑based tools and order systems. Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $28.34–$30.85/hr at start. Target annual commission: $13,200. Guaranteed commission for up to 2 months during onboarding. Medical, dental, vision. 50% 401(k) match up to 7%. Paid time off: eligible after 30 days, up to 19 days annually. 5‑day, 40‑hour work week with additional personal time.
