Customer Success Manager - Hybrid in Raleigh, NC

Position: Customer Success Manager Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid) Pay: $80,000 to $90,000 plus commission Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management. Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday - Friday Onaroll is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join a growing team! Job Description Demonstrated experience managing 20–50 accounts simultaneously. Proven track record of hitting net retention or churn targets. Experience running structured onboarding with the ability to build implementation plans, driving adoption milestones, and holding customers accountable to timelines. Must be comfortable with data, with the ability to pull a health report, read a dashboard, and translate it into a customer conversation. Ability to run an executive-level QBR with a franchise operator or multi-unit owner. Experience in identifying and closing upsell/expansion opportunities without a dedicated sales assistant. Strong written and verbal communication.
