Facilities Coordinator (Raleigh, NC)

Overview This is a hybrid role in which employees will regularly work inside and outside the company office in Raleigh, NC. The first 90 days are onsite training, after which the schedule becomes 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Employees work a rotating schedule of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (for mid‑west support). Remote work may be considered for highly qualified candidates. Responsibilities Support CRE operations including entering project, work order, and portfolio data into the tracking system, creating reports, and coordinating meetings and departmental calendars. Resolve conflicts related to real‑estate properties and provide prompt information or documentation to internal and external stakeholders. Process financial statements (commitments, change orders, invoices), monitor approvals and payments, and coordinate GL reversals and quarterly unrecorded liability reporting. Maintain project, lease, and work‑order files, ensure records accuracy, and prepare documents for leadership meetings and reporting cycles. Support preventive maintenance setup and scheduling coordination with Assets and related teams. Communicate with executives, associates, and vendors to resolve property issues, maintain documentation, and coordinate meeting logistics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of experience in Corporate Real Estate, Facility/Building maintenance OR High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate, Facility/Building maintenance. Preferred Skills Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V‑lookups) Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 proficiency Administrative support experience, including calendar management Strong communication and organization skills Proficiency in work‑order management and invoice processing Benefits Benefits are an integral part of total rewards.
