Job Description LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking to fill a Controller role for a small but growing US subsidiary of an international manufacturer based in northern Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will have a BS Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 3 years progressive accounting experience including leadership skills, ideally in the manufacturing industry. Controller Duties Oversee the finance department, including supervision of Accountant Handle budgeting, audits, tax obligations, accounting functions, and administrative duties for the organization Maintain financial ledgers and manage accounting processes Prepare monthly consolidated Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets for the international parent company Ensure timely preparation and submission of statutory and internal financial reports Provide financial analysis reports as required Manage cash flow and perform treasury-related tasks Implement and uphold effective systems and internal controls Work closely with external CPA firm Oversee and analyze physical inventory processes and reporting Collaborate with Human Resources on matters related to benefits, including 401(k) plans and other employee benefits Work closely with Production, Sales, and Purchasing teams regarding inventory and pricing matters Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting Three or more years of experience in the accounting field; Minimum 2 years leadership experience Possess the ability to multitask and work collaboratively as well as independently Possess analytical and problem-solving skills ERP system experience Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plan.
