Service Specialist

Overview The Service Specialist will be responsible for performing services provided on‑site in a highly professional environment. Services provided include but are not limited to: business support services, mail, copy, print, and hospitality services, shipping and receiving, conference room services, reception, and administrative support. Hours Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Location Summerlin, NV Benefits Include Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401k, Paid Time Off – x Days, Identity Theft Protection, AD&D, Pet Insurance, 7 paid holidays, and Bonus Incentives Compensation $18.00 - $18.00/hr Responsibilities Copy/Print/Scan per client request directions Processing incoming mail, renaming and delivery in a timely manner Set up Zoom meetings and assist with conference room set ups for meetings Preparing and scanning files, renaming and quality control page for page Professionalism - Maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude Mailroom services - mail runs, FedEx labels and metering mail Ensures the coordinated delivery of copy and print services in a timely manor Tasks as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED and legal US authorization to work for any employer Competency in performing multiple functional tasks; capable of lifting up to 55 pounds MS Office Suite skills; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Responsible and reliable Eager to learn and help out in other area's #J-18808-Ljbffr
