Overview

As our highly visible Patient Service Specialist, you'll be patient's first touch and are responsible for gathering important information for their visit and providing an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

1. Greeting patients and visitors warmly in person or by telephone
2. Checking patients in and out
3. Scheduling clinic and surgical appointments to include all pre-operative and post-operative appointments
4. Reviewing all paperwork with patients; consents for procedures
5. Verifying insurance and collecting payments
6. Maintaining patient medical records

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Detail oriented, reliable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Medical Front Desk experience preferred
• Flexible schedule
• Dedicated to creating a quality patient experience
