Apartment Maintenance Technician

Harrisburg, PA | $20–$23/hr

Full-Time: Monday–Friday

Looking for a stable maintenance position with consistent weekday hours? We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a multifamily housing community in Harrisburg, PA. This is a great opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and helping maintain a quality living environment for residents.

Pay & Schedule

• $20–$23 per hour DOE
• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• 30-minute lunch
• Weekly pay

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders
• Perform apartment make-readies and unit turnovers
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Painting, drywall repair, and general carpentry
• Repair doors, locks, blinds, and screens
• Assist with groundskeeping and property upkeep as needed
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, handyman, or related experience preferred
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and appliance repair
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the position
