**Job Description** You will be the Manufacturing Planner Sr Manager for the Production Planning and Control (PP&C) senior leadership team. Our team is responsible for overseeing manufacturing planning operations, including MRP activities, buy planning, material master data, warehousing, logistics, and transportation. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Planner Sr Manager you will be responsible for driving end‑to‑end manufacturing planning excellence across the organization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Own and execute Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) activities such as buy planning, material master data, warehousing, logistics, and transportation. - Partner with production, engineering, quality, finance, and supply‑chain teams to align planning strategies with business goals. - Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives that enhance affordability while maintaining performance and quality. - Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team through recruitment, training programs, performance assessments, and recognition. - Provide senior‑level insight and reporting to the PP&C Director and other executive stakeholders.
