Position Overview Sintia Solis Law Firm PLLC is seeking a motivated, professional, and dependable Personal Injury Legal Assistant to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a genuine desire to help others. The ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with clients is essential. Previous Personal Injury or legal experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and wants to grow with our firm. Responsibilities Communicate professionally with clients and provide excellent customer service Assist with Personal Injury case files and documentation Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties Request and follow up on medical records and medical bills Maintain organized and updated case files Assist attorneys and paralegals with daily case tasks Follow up on outstanding documents and case information Update case management systems and maintain accurate case notes Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed Handle client information with professionalism, confidentiality, and care Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Detail-oriented and dependable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong customer service skills Previous Personal Injury or legal experience is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Willingness to learn and grow within the firm Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is professional, hardworking, dependable, organized, and confident in communicating with others.
