Immediate Opening for an Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon
Our organization is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon to become part of our dynamic team. The perfect candidate will have a strong enthusiasm for teaching within a collaborative, faith-oriented setting.
Practice Overview
We operate a bustling practice that includes over 16 Orthopaedic surgeons and 4 Physician Assistants, alongside 25 Orthopaedic Surgery residents currently in training. One resident is specifically assigned to the oncology rotation. Most surgical procedures will take place at our main medical center, with some cases handled at our East Campus, located about a mile away.

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated total annual compensation ranges from $450,000 to $550,000. This range includes variable compensation and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary, which is adjusted according to experience and faculty rank, is expected to be between $405,000 and $495,000. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
