Staff Accountant

Senior Recruiter- Accounting & Finance | Indianapolis & Louisville LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a reputable client in Louisville, Kentucky to identify an experienced Senior Staff Accountant for their team. With this opportunity you will focus on the back end processes of payroll—month end payroll accruals, PTO accruals, intercompany journal entries, and validation/data checks for accuracy. Ideal candidates will be able to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment with the ability to quickly pivot as needed. Responsibilities: Collect, reconcile and record all payroll data, including reconciling payroll and benefit related balance sheets Partner with payroll and IT departments to ensure processed payrolls are accounted for Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Field various ad-hoc requests for data and recording Prepare financial statements, and manage general ledger entries Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance 1-3+ years of relevant accounting experience Hybrid work environment Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Accounting/Auditing Industries: Human Resources Services Referral notes and additional job postings and notices have been removed to focus on this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
