Overview Registered Nurse – ER travel assignment in Tillamook, OR. Start date 09/08/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,756–$1,892 with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights. Work setting: a 25-bed critical access facility providing emergency services and related care to the region. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,756–$1,892 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 hours/week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shiftsStart date: 09/08/2026 Facility setting: 25-bed critical access ER EPIC EMR experience required Responsibilities Deliver coordinated nursing care for ER patients using established standards of care and the nursing process Collect relevant data, analyze assessment findings, and develop a plan to achieve outcomes; implement the plan and coordinate care with other disciplines Administer medications, monitor patient response, prepare for procedures, and respond to emergencies as part of the multidisciplinary team Supervise and direct activities of licensed and unlicensed nursing staff; participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care Collaborate with patients, families, and treatment teams; provide education and learning opportunities; document care in the medical record Requirements Current RN license in the state of practice (Oregon) or eligible to practice in the state BLS (American Heart Association) and ACLS certifications required At least two years of recent ER or acute care experience BSN degree preferred EPIC EMR experience required Must meet vaccination requirements and be able to work in a 24/7 ER environment Night shift availability for a 13-week assignment Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated assignment support throughout the contract 13-week assignment with potential extension opportunities Licensing and credentialing assistance as needed Assignment-specific coordination to streamline onboarding and onboarding-related needs About Healthforce Healthforce is a nationwide travel healthcare staffing agency connecting travel nurses and allied health professionals with high-quality contract assignments across the United States.
