- Assess patients' health status through thorough data collection and analysis.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to OB/GYN patients.
- Administer treatments, medications, and procedures following established protocols.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care delivery and optimize outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and evaluate effectiveness of interventions, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum two years of recent nursing experience in OB/GYN or related specialty preferred.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from an approved vendor.
- Additional certifications such as NRP, STABLE, and INTFETAL are required.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
