Business Analyst 2The main function of a Business Analyst is to perform business analysis on all aspects of technology and business improvement projects, focusing on stakeholder analysis, requirement development and management, and Acceptance testing. This role will assist and/or lead the identification and clarification of innovative business solutions related to divisional strategic goals, in alignment with corporate strategy. The position involves creating reports and communicating effectively with stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist and/or lead identification and clarification of innovative business solutions.Utilize appropriate analysis tools and techniques to deliver cost-effective solutions which meet business needs and improve efficiencies.Participate in developing both the Business Analysis Practice and Business Analysis Framework to support the definition and delivery of business value.Assess and document business value propositions and maintain a focus on the value proposition throughout each project.Foster partnerships with customers and business partners to ensure their needs as stakeholders are identified and represented.Establish and document business processes.Set up project and work breakdown structures.Track project budgets and expenditures, monitoring transaction controls and costs against budgets.Create reports and communicate with stakeholders.Required QualificationsExperience: 2-4+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, preferably in employee benefits, financial services, or technology delivery. Experience with Fieldglass is required.Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required.Skills:Demonstrated communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage one's time.Leadership and mentoring skills to provide support and constructive performance feedback.Knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in the production of drawings and models.Preferred QualificationsAchievement of or progress toward: Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA).Project Management Professional (PMP), certification in Process or Performance Management, or certification in Quality Assurance/Testing is desirable.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
