Job Description

Physical Therapist – Join a dedicated and exciting team, working in a progressive, supportive, home health care environment. Assessment, planning, and provision of appropriate services as part of total care plan. Physical therapist will provide professional physical therapy services in the patient’s home, school, or residential facility in accordance with physician’s orders and agency policies and procedures. Provides consultant physical therapy services when appropriate. Must have a Bachelor of Science degree and graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy. One year or clinical experience preferred with rehabilitation and/or home health experience ideal. Must hold a State of Maine physical therapist license. Must hold or be able to earn a BLS certification.

Physical Therapy Assistant – Will carry out established physical therapy programs under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program and one-year clinical experience preferred, with rehabilitation experience ideal. Must be a licensed State of Maine physical therapy assistant. Must hold or be able to earn CPR certification.

Must have a valid State of Maine driver’s license and automobile liability coverage of $100,000/$300,000.

Machias, Maine – PT or PTA

Physical Therapist – Annual Salary Range – $67,600 to $91,520

Physical Therapy Assistant – Hourly Range – $22.00 to 29.00/hour
