Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited SLPA program or equivalent
• Current state licensure/certification as an SLPA
• Previous experience in a school setting and/or healthcare environment preferred

• Ability to quickly adapt to new students, staff, and systems
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver designated therapy sessions
• Implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals as directed
• Support daily activities that promote speech, language, voice, and fluency skill development
• Collect data and document student progress efficiently and accurately
• Communicate regularly with educators, families, and the therapy team regarding student needs and achievements
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and communicative environment
