Senior Recruiter

Vaco Atlanta is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter for a permanent position in Plano, TX . Candidates in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area are preferred but will consider candidates in Atlanta, GA, Phoenix, AZ or Ashburn, VA. This position will be in-office or remote based on location. Responsibilities Work closely with Hiring Managers and lead intake meetings to determine role requirements and timeline Develop strong sourcing strategies; screen and interview candidates as aligned with job requirements Drive "white glove" recruiting and onboarding experience in alignment with HR Enhance current recruiting processes for maximum ROI Serve as a strategic recruiting partner with the leadership team Drive productivity enhancements to meet goals of growing company Requirements Must have a minimum of 7 years of full‑cycle, direct sourcing and recruiting experience, across multiple disciplines Workday recruiting experience is REQUIRED. Experience recruiting for Operations, Construction, and/or Real Estate positions is REQUIRED. Must have experience working for a recruiting or staffing firm and be comfortable with high‑volume recruiting requirements. Must possess exceptional communication skills in addition to strong time management and organizational skills. Compensation & Benefits Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
