What You'll Do
Meet with prospective clients in the field to discuss their insurance needs
Recommend coverage options based on each client's needs and goals
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Manage appointments, follow-up activities, and your sales pipeline
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
Qualifications
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with good organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and follow established sales processes
Preferred
Insurance, sales, or customer service experience
Active insurance license is helpful but not required to apply
No insurance experience? We provide training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
