Responsibilities

• Load raw sheet metal onto CNC laser and plasma machine tables safely and accurately.

• Call up pre-programmed cutting routines and execute production runs on Mazak and Amada equipment.

• Monitor machine operations during cutting cycles to ensure proper machine performance and cut quality.

• Unload finished parts, perform basic deburring or tab removal, and organize items for downstream processing.

• Conduct basic dimensional checks on processed parts using calipers, tape measures, and gauges.

• Perform basic routine maintenance, including nozzle checks, lens cleaning, and table slag removal.

• Promptly report program errors, material defects, or mechanical malfunctions to the shift supervisor.

• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to all facility safety guidelines and required PPE.
