TRUMPF Laser Operator - 1st & 2nd Shift - $19-$20/hr

Ascend Staffing is hiring experienced TRUMPF Laser Operators for a manufacturing opportunity in Fort Worth, TX 76110. We are looking for dependable candidates with hands-on laser machine experience, strong attention to detail, and the flexibility to cross-train in different areas of production.

Pay

• $19.00-$20.00/hr, based on experience

• Weekly pay

Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 2:00 AM

• Overtime available as needed

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate TRUMPF laser cutting equipment

• Load and unload materials for production

• Monitor equipment throughout the cutting process

• Follow blueprints, measurements, work orders, and production specifications

• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy

• Perform machine adjustments and setups as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Assist in other production areas as needed

Requirements

• 2-3 years of machine operating or related manufacturing experience

• TRUMPF laser operating experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and measurements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Must be flexible and willing to cross-train

• Must be willing to work overtime as needed

• Steel-toe boots required

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance required
