Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Technology Hybrid in Plano (4 Days a week onsite) We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client based in Dallas. This is a Hybrid role with some office time (4 days per week). You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimizing processes, and delivering quality hires fast with a main focus across technology business units. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for the client. What You’ll Do: Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas Manage data as we hire, looking for more than just activity – helping managers make better decisions Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers Source top talent through creative and strategic methods Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience Drive continuous improvement in how we hire Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 to 24 months What You Bring: 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment Proven experience hiring across technical verticals Confident working independently and managing stakeholders Hands‑on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools Driven, adaptable, and outcomes‑focused Build real Trust with our client This is a fixed‑term contract with the chance to extend.
