Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Primary Responsibilities Recruit qualified and interested candidates through job sites and social media sourcing. Identify and pre-screen qualified candidates. Create interest and educate potential applicants about our company and its culture. Interview, assess, and evaluate candidates objectively and consistently, and select talented candidates. Assist in development of job search outlets (Indeed, LinkedIn) as well as daily maintenance of those venues. Assist with and function as a team member for all recruiting functions. Keep up to date on industry trends and competitors. Perform duties as assigned and provide support to the Recruiting Team. Maintain reporting metrics of all recruitment and retention activity, open positions and other data as requested. Primary Skills & Requirements Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken – professional. Excellent organizational, communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills. Highly self-motivated and ability to work independently. Excellent critical thinker with exceptional communication and analytical skills. Advanced computer skills in MS Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong candidate sourcing background. Strong knowledge of best practices for recruiting, interviewing and extending offers. Collaborative, creative team player passionate about our mission.
