• Prepare and cook meals for residents, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following proper food safety guidelines

• Monitor and manage food inventory, ordering supplies as necessary

• Collaborate with other culinary staff to plan and implement creative menu options

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding promptly to their needs and preferences

• Participate in meal delivery, ensuring efficient and respectful service

• Maintain accurate records of meal preparation and resident dining activities

Requirements:

• Serve Safe certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire

• 1+ year of experience in a cooking or food service role

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
