Massachusetts Inclusive Post Secondary Enrollment Initiative (MAIPSE) Research Assistant

Position Overview The Massachusetts Inclusive Post Secondary Enrollment Initiative (MAIPSE) is seeking a part‑time Research Assistant (260002N4) to support a range of activities under the direction of the MAIPSE State Director. This position requires approximately 15–19 hours per week, depending on project needs, and will run until August 31, 2026. Job Responsibilities Assist the MAIPSE Director in conducting research and evaluation activities across all MAIPSE programs throughout Massachusetts Support planning and coordination of conferences for MAIPSE partners Disseminate promotional materials related to Massachusetts Inclusive Postsecondary Education initiatives Provide ongoing support to program coordinators to ensure timely and accurate data entry for the state initiative Assist in coordinating the annual grant review process Support the renewal and maintenance of project web pages in collaboration with participating grantees Disaggregate and analyze data from the statewide data tracking system to assess project quality, aligned with established quality indicators Required Qualifications Enrolled in a graduate program and/or have completed a graduate program Ability to multitask Research experience Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office platforms Salary $32.00 per hour EEO Statement If you have Diversity, affirmative action or equal employment opportunity questions or need a reasonable accommodation, please contact the Diversity Officer / ADA Coordinator: Ferdousi Faruque at View phone number on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr Commonwealth of Massachusetts
