The Marketing Associate provides critical operational and project support to the Marketing team and plays a key role in the successful execution of marketing campaigns, storytelling, events, programs, and strategic initiatives. This position requires a highly organized, proactive professional with exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion. Success in this role depends on the ability to prioritize competing demands, adapt quickly as needs evolve, and consistently deliver high-quality work on time.

The Marketing Associate manages communications planning and execution for marketing campaigns and events, including drafting and deploying communications, building and maintaining event registration pages and campaign landing pages, managing the community calendar, and responding to day-to-day marketing requests. This role also serves as a key resource for special projects and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and timely execution.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, accountable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. This individual has strong organization skills and excels at balancing multiple deadlines, collaborating across teams, and driving projects to completion. Hands-on experience with WordPress, including creating and maintaining web pages and landing pages, is required.

What you will be doing:

Marketing Communications

• Manage communications for marketing campaigns, programs, and events from planning through execution.
• Draft, proofread, and coordinate approval of marketing communications and newsletter content.
• Maintain communications and content calendars to ensure timely delivery and consistency.
• Write and adapt engaging content for email, website, social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels.

Digital & Website Management

• Build and maintain event registration pages, landing pages, and website content in WordPress.
• Manage website updates, community calendar listings, and digital assets, including event photos.
• Support day-to-day social media management, including content scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• Create and adapt light graphic design assets for social media, email, events, and other marketing needs using Canva or similar tools.

Marketing Operations

• Serve as the primary coordinator for day-to-day marketing requests and administrative needs.
• Manage promotional material inventory and vendor orders.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Two to four years of experience in marketing, communications, digital content management, or a related field.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. You consistently see projects through to completion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Asana, CRM platforms, and Google Workspace.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt quickly when priorities shift.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Hands-on WordPress experience, including creating and maintaining web pages, landing pages, and event registrations.
• Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred knowledge in SEO and GEO strategy.

Annual Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
