Manager, Pharmacy Solutions Marketing, Immunology - Patient Engagement & Customer Solution (PECS)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager for Pharmacy Solutions Marketing within Immunology to lead strategy, design, and execution of specialty pharmacy programs supporting the Immunology portfolio. The role combines business ownership with patient-centric innovation, partnering across marketing, commercial, and compliance teams to optimize pharmacy channel engagement and patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute pharmacy channel engagement strategy and programming across Immunology portfolio
- Collaborate with brand and pharmacy teams to design programs improving access and therapy persistence
- Support product launches and label expansions by coordinating pharmacy readiness and reporting
- Monitor program performance using analytics and compliance data; optimize KPIs and operational efficiency
- Lead account management activities including business reviews and strategic partnership identification
Requirements
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and business initiatives
- Strategic marketing expertise in specialty pharmacy or healthcare channels
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, regulatory requirements, and fair market value practices
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders
- Experience with program design, launch execution, and performance optimization
