Manager, AI Next Frontier for Patient Engagements

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager to lead AI transformation for patient engagement solutions within Innovative Medicine. The role focuses on identifying critical patient journey challenges and deploying AI/ML-driven patient support services across therapeutic areas while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Identify and quantify significant patient journey problems to determine optimal intervention timing and methods
Serve as end-to-end product owner for AI/ML solutions supporting patient support services across therapeutic areas
Build cross-functional relationships and execute projects with PECS, sales, marketing, analytics, data science, and IT teams
Establish measurement frameworks and conduct A/B testing to evaluate solution impact and outcomes
Ensure compliance and patient confidentiality through partnerships with legal, privacy, and HCC functions

Requirements

Minimum 5 years healthcare, analytics, data science, marketing, or management consulting experience
Bachelor's degree required
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational alignment
Hands-on experience integrating healthcare claims, EHR, specialty pharmacy, and patient data sources
Active daily use of AI tools with documented examples of efficiency improvements
Predictive analytics and machine learning techniques experience preferred
Track record driving AI solution adoption and sustained usage
