Bridge Foreman – Heavy Civil Aurora, CO | $38 – $42/Hour + Overtime What You Will Be Doing Leading and managing field crews on bridge and heavy civil construction projects Overseeing daily field operations including scheduling, production, and quality control Coordinating with project management and subcontractors to keep projects moving Enforcing safety standards and maintaining CDOT compliance on site Holding crews accountable and driving results in the field every day What Is In It For You $38 – $42/hour based on experience 10 to 15 hours of overtime available weekly, putting serious money in your pocket Company vehicle and gas card provided 50% employer‑paid health insurance Immediate start with a company that has consistent, long‑term work What They Are Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy and highway construction Bridge construction experience is required Proven ability to run and manage field crews Must be able to speak and understand English (bilingual is a plus) Own tools and reliable transportation required Valid driver’s license required Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen The bridges do not build themselves.
