HP Retail Sales Representative

Job Type: Regular Work Location: Best Buy 108 - Victorville, CA 92392 Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs. Pay: $18.50 per hour Overview Become a Part-Time HP Retail Sales Associate! In this role you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big-box retailer(s) and surrounding office supply stores. You will demonstrate products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs. Responsibilities Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within the assigned store Train retail store associates on HP products and services Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness Report and provide competitive insights Support sales targets and report sales accurately Keep kiosk/workstation clean, organized, functional, and presentable Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 6 months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience 1 year job experience required Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiasm Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products Ability to overcome objections and connect with customer needs Retail or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus Training or product demonstration experience is a plus Benefits Stable weekly schedule Next day pay on-demand with DailyPay Paid training completed online $25 per month technology reimbursement Opportunity to represent an environmentally friendly company Equal Opportunity Employer We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive organization and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
