Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from filing through trial.
• Draft complaints, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions with guidance and mentorship.
• Attend court appearances, both remote and in person as required.
• Assist senior attorneys as Second Chair during trials.
• Collaborate with the litigation team to develop case strategy and achieve successful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active admission to the California State Bar is required.
• 0-3 years of litigation experience.
• Strong interest in litigation and trial advocacy.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Prior experience or demonstrated interest in personal injury law is preferred.
