Lead - Floor Operations

Shift Information Shift may start between 11:00am - 5:30pm Minimum age 18 years old. Role summary Career opportunities in Specialized Roles include Lead Roles, Asset Protection, Print Solutions, Technical Roles such as Graphic Artist, Digital Print and Press Operator, as well as Imaging and Network Lab Technicians in the Systems Testing and Reclamation facility. What you’ll do Environmental, Health, and Safety – conduct shrink audits, report findings, and support process improvements. Lead positions – provide leadership in a production environment. Print Solutions – operate highly technical machines using appropriate tools, equipment, chemicals, and supplies; requires skills in roles such as Graphic Artist, Color Press Operator, Web Press Operator, Binding and Finishing, Ink Mixer, and Ink Jet Operators. Systems Technology and Reclamation (STaR) – positions such as Network and Imaging Lab Technician; maintain a safe work environment, comply with policies, and perform additional duties as assigned. What you’ll bring Environmental, Health, and Safety – communicate verbally and/or in writing with customers, suppliers, and associates; conduct directed shrink-related audits, support process improvement strategies, and use equipment such as CCTV, walkie‑talkies, and telxons. Lead positions – provide leadership in a production environment. Print Solutions – operate highly technical machines; requires specific skills in roles such as Graphic Artist, Color Press Operator, Web Press Operator, Binding and Finishing, Ink Mixer and Ink Jet Operators. Systems Technology and Reclamation (STaR) – maintain a clean and safe work environment, comply with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity, and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Environmental, Health, and Safety – 6 months experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year work experience or coursework in a safety, compliance, or security‑related field. Print Solutions Technical – 6 months experience operating industrial, production, or manufacturing equipment; associate degree or vocational degree in Graphic Arts OR 1 year experience as a Walmart associate with experience operating Macintosh‑based systems and software OR 1 year experience as a Graphic Artist or graphic design professional preparing files for printing using Macintosh‑based systems. STaR technical or Lab positions – 1 year experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year work experience in program coding, software development, or a related field; 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word functions; 1 year experience developing programming code (for example, VB Script).
