We’re looking for an experienced carpenter or deck builder who takes pride in producing exceptional work, shows up every day ready to contribute, and enjoys working with a dependable team.

What You’ll Do

• Build custom decks, patio covers, pergolas, and outdoor living structures from start to finish.
• Read plans and perform accurate layout, framing, and construction.
• Set posts, frame structures, install decking, stairs, railings, and finish details.
• Measure, cut, and install materials using hand and power tools.
• Perform demolition and site preparation when needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Work with crew members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners when appropriate.
• Travel to job sites throughout the Treasure Valley.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience building decks or performing residential carpentry.
• Strong understanding of framing, layout, and construction techniques.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Takes ownership of their work and pays attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physically able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all seasons.
