SonSoft Inc is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy, and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionInitiate and drive post product Go-Live support and sustainment planning activities Onshore-Offshore co-ordination Proposing enhancements and new solutions Provide assistance to VMware employees and customers to resolve application issues, code bugs and user errors in Hyperion Track Provide product post go-live war room support Define and reinforce standard methods and processes that eliminate errors and avoid re-work. Task allocation and reporting Ensure progress, issues and agreements are properly documented and acted upon Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate and improve existing systems.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
