We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative Data Entry to support customer order processing and day-to-day communication. This position will review and enter customer purchase orders, address customer questions and concerns, maintain accurate records, and coordinate closely with sales, production, engineering, quality, and other internal teams.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer purchase orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Process purchase orders received primarily through email and EDI.

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding order questions, discrepancies, changes, and concerns.

• Identify, manage, and escalate customer issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

• Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information within the Infor CloudSuite ERP system .

• Coordinate customer change requests and complaints with Customer Service, Production, and other internal departments.

• Collaborate with Sales, Quoting, Engineering, Quality, and Production to ensure customer requirements and service expectations are met.

• Coordinate with Production regarding customer shipping dates and order requirements.

• Assist with scheduling outside trucking and transportation based on customer requests.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

• Prepare picking documents and bills of lading for customer shipments.

• Coordinate selected ground shipments with carriers.

• Provide customer service and administrative support to the Sales team.

• Assist with new customer interactions and customer acquisition activities as needed.

• Perform additional related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience ; manufacturing or custom-product experience is preferred.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Strong telephone and email communication skills.

• Professional and customer-focused communication style.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office , including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.

• Ability to walk short distances and navigate the production floor.

• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

• Occasional travel may be required.
