This is a fully onsite position, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Compensation Package Salary : Competitive, up to $80,000 annually Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance Responsibilities Manage and service a portfolio of generalist commercial lines accounts. Handle marketing, servicing, and quoting for both new and renewal business. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management. Utilize AMS360 software to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives. Qualifications/Requirements Licensure : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines account management. Skills : Strong background in marketing, servicing, and quoting. Software Proficiency : Experience with AMS360 is preferred. Work Environment : Must be able to work fully onsite. Preferred Background : Generalist account experience is required; candidates with niche experience (e.g., trucking) may not be a fit.
