Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus Based on Eligibility RN Behavioral Health Admin Full Time Days Position Summary This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis and at the unit level. It is responsible for supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support the CNO in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintaining the competency of clinical staff, and managing resources related to patient care.
