CNC Programmer / Machinist (Mastercam) | $35-$42/hr | Multiple Shifts Available

Looking for a CNC Programmer who can truly own the process.

We're partnering with a growing precision machining company seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer who can program complex parts from scratch using Mastercam. If you're tired of simply loading programs and want to be involved in challenging machining work, this could be a great fit.

Available Shifts:

✅ 1st Shift

✅ 2nd Shift

✅ Weekend Shift

Pay: $35-$42/hr depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Programming parts from scratch using Mastercam
• Setting up and operating 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills
• Working with CNC lathes as needed
• Reading blueprints and working with tight-tolerance components
• Troubleshooting programs, tooling, and setups
• Collaborating with engineering and production teams to improve processes

What We're Looking For

• Strong Mastercam programming experience
• Ability to create programs from scratch (not just make edits)
• Experience with 3, 4, and 5-axis machining
• Setup and troubleshooting experience
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
• CNC lathe experience is a plus
