The Personal Lines Licensed Service Advisor is at the core of our Clients success. As the Personal Lines Licensed Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for creating a positive experience for our clients, from customer onboarding to annual reviews, and everything in between.

In this role, you will:

• Advise and provide high quality service to personal insurance clients

• Communicate with clients over phone, email, and in person

• Identify client needs and proactively recommend additional products and coverages when appropriate

• Properly prepare quotes and present to the client

• Report claims on behalf of clients and offer guidance throughout the process

• Follow all necessary agency procedures and maintain high underwriting standards to best serve our clients

• Work collaboratively as a part of a team to fulfill the needs of our clients

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, interacting with customers over email, phone, and/or in person

• Ability to learn quickly, from understanding agency processes and procedures to adeptly utilizing our Agency Management Software system (Applied Epic)

• Eagerness to work in a team environment

• Superior multi-tasking skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Experience working in the Insurance industry is a bonus, but not required

• Currently hold a Property & Casualty License, or ability to pass licensing exam within first 60 days of starting the position.
