IT Systems Administrator

Job Category: Full Time - DIRECT HIRE EMPLOYMENT, Onsite position Location: Memphis, TN Compensation: $100,000-110,000 + Full Benefits Reports to: IT Manager BBSI is partnering with a well-established distribution company in Memphis, TN to identify an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join its growing technology team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on IT professional who enjoys supporting both business systems and infrastructure. Working closely with the IT Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining the company's ERP platform, supporting end users, improving business processes, and ensuring reliable day‑to‑day technology operations. The ideal candidate will have strong ERP experience, preferably NetSuite or Acumatica, along with a solid background supporting Windows environments within a distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain organization. Key Responsibilities ERP & Business Systems Support Provide day-to-day support, administration, and troubleshooting of the company's ERP system Assist with ERP configuration, reporting, saved searches, workflows, and user support. Partner with business departments to improve system functionality and operational processes. Support ERP upgrades, testing, enhancements, and ongoing optimization. IT Systems Administration Administer Windows desktops, laptops, servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and SharePoint environments. Manage user accounts, permissions, security groups, and system access. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices. Monitor system performance, backups, security updates, and overall system health. Technical Support Provide Tier II/III technical support for end users. Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, printers, and connectivity issues. Document technical procedures and assist with IT policy development. Train users on ERP functionality and business applications. Required Qualifications 5+ years of IT Systems Administration or Business Systems experience supporting distribution, manufacturing or logistics environment Strong ERP experience, preferably NetSuite or Acumatica. Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and SharePoint. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field preferred. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of network fundamentals and cybersecurity best practices.
