US POWER is hiring outgoing, motivated Sales Lead Generators to connect with homeowners, introduce the potential benefits of solar, and schedule qualified appointments for our experienced Solar Consultants. We provide the training and support—you bring the energy, consistency, and confidence to start conversations.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with homeowners throughout residential neighborhoods.
- Start friendly conversations about electricity costs and potential solar savings.
- Identify interested homeowners who meet our qualification requirements.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants.
- Accurately enter homeowner information and appointment details.
How You’ll Earn
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no hourly wage or base salary , offering three ways to increase your earnings:
- Earn commissions for qualified appointments that are completed.
- Receive weekly bonuses based on completed appointment volume.
- Earn additional commissions when your leads become solar customers, paid at designated project milestones.
The complete compensation structure, appointment qualifications, and payment requirements will be explained during the interview.

- Reliable people comfortable walking residential neighborhoods and working outdoors.
- Previous canvassing, appointment-setting, lead-generation, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
Your role is simple: start conversations, generate homeowner interest, and book qualified appointments. Our Solar Consultants handle the consultation, presentation, and closing.
