Key responsibilities of the RN Labor and Delivery include:
- Provide care and support for women before, during, and after childbirth
- Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs
- Administer medications and assist with labor induction and augmentation
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Ensure complete and accurate patient documentation
Requirements of the RN Labor and Delivery include:
- Valid RN license
- Previous Labor and Delivery experience
